Merchants: if you have received or redeemed a reward provided by merchants authorised and selected by WunderPass (hereinafter, referred to as the “Merchants”), or otherwise participated in any other activity sponsored or offered through the service on behalf of Merchants, WunderPass may provide such Merchants with your personal information- (1) In order for the Merchants to redeem and validate your reward, send you customised offers, troubleshoot redemption and combat fraud; (2) In relation to any legal proceeding which involve WunderPass and its Merchants; (3) To establish a direct relationship between the Merchants and its customers; (4) To enable the Merchants to communicate electronically with WunderPass consumers.

ii. Related companies: your information may also be shared with our related companies for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.

iii. Agents, Consultants and Related Third Parties: WunderPass may outsource some of its services in order to execute efficiently and effectively our services. For example, maintaining databases, sending emails and SMS messages, offering and developing certain features of the services, and maintenance and security. The outsourcing company is only provided with the specific information to properly execute their function.
